Difference between AC and DC

Electricity is the flow of electrons in any conductor and this flow is either in one direction or it keeps changing with respect to time.
Alternating Current
Direct Current
The direction of follow of electrons keeps changing with time.
The direction of follow of electrons is in the same direction a forward direction.
The frequency in an AC is there and its normally 50Hz or 60 Hz depends upon the country standards.
Frequency in direct current is zero.
Cause of direction of flow of electrons is Rotating magnet along the wire.

In this case it is Steady magnetism along the wire
It is obtained mainly from generators
Generated from batteries mainly
